Getting Saint of Lost Souls Out in the World – 3 May 2025

Hello and welcome back!

I had a wonderful author meet-and-greet last Saturday at the Barnes & Noble Shops at Greenridge in Greenville, SC. Ashlyn, Ivy, and all the staff couldn’t have been more supportive of me as a first-time author. If you look closely, you might be able to see all the fun swag I had on hand: bookmarks, stickers, magnets, coasters, pens, chocolates, and COOKIES!

Thank you to everyone who came out to show their support, asked me to sign their books, bought a copy, or simply enjoyed some cookies and stayed for a chat. It was lovely seeing so many fellow readers and booklovers browsing the shelves on a Saturday afternoon, arms loaded, especially the kiddos.

For anyone local who couldn’t make it, I’m looking forward to returning for another book signing on Saturday, 16 August, from 1:00 – 3:00pm – and yes, there will be more swag and cookies.

As amazing as it was to initially see Saint of Lost Souls on the shelves, it was a “pinch-me” moment after the signing to see it displayed alongside some of my favorite authors, such as Mick Herron and Ruth Ware. I’ve signed the remaining store copies, and some lucky readers might even find bookmarks and stickers in a limited number of books.

In my March blog, I mentioned that I’ll be offering a short story exclusively to readers who sign up for my Reader’s Club. At the moment, I’m working with the very-talented Christian Storm on the cover design of One Night at Sam’s. More details coming soon!

Thank you again for being a reader or expressing an interest in my work. Please feel free to get in touch. I reply personally to all emails and will never share your contact details.

Until next time,

Trish McGarrahan
