Russia may have planned on a lot of things. But it never planned on her.

Kate Barrow, a contracts administrator at a major defense company, has a new contract; one that will support the US Army’s modern-day Monuments Men and Women. Even better, she’s been reunited with her favorite government contracting officer, Spencer Beckett.

She learns that Russia has stolen priceless Scythian gold artifacts and Ukrainian artwork from museums in occupied Ukrainian cities – possibly one of the largest thefts of its kind in history and second only to the Nazi looting of World War II.
